Mind & Body Stretch
I am excited to take my Yoga and Pilates class!
I’d like to try some new ways of stretching. I still have this numbness on my left hand, tingling sensation on my ring and little finger. In my field of work, I talk to a lot of physicians yet when it comes to health consultations, I procrastinate! Where in fact, I really hate procrastination. It’s just the fear maybe. Blood works seems to be all ok. Surprisingly, all normal
It maybe all the tension and burn out from thinking too much. Really nee to stretch and mind and body to wash out all the negativity for both mind and body.
