Mind & Body Stretch
I am excited to take my Yoga and Pilates class!
I’d like to try some new ways of stretching. I still have this numbness on my left hand, tingling sensation on my ring and little finger. In my field of work, I talk to a lot of physicians yet when it comes to health consultations, I procrastinate! Where in fact, I really hate procrastination. It’s just the fear maybe. Blood works seems to be all ok. Surprisingly, all normal :-)
It maybe all the tension and burn out from thinking too much. Really nee to stretch and mind and body to wash out all the negativity for both mind and body.
