Gaining weight is so darn easy than shredding it off. ALL AGREE.
More calories + More sweets – running – exercise = love handles will show all over your body.
In 3 months time, I gained almost 10 lbs. At first, it doesn’t bother me. In fact, it does really feel good.
But now there’s a need for me to trim down those lbs…
HEALTHWISE!
For me to do this,

I need to start running again. Once a week and then make it thrice a week.

I will try LESS RICE and then NO RICE diet

Lots of WATER

And the difficult part is to avoid sweets and

Get rid of sodas
This might not be easy for me but it’s worth to try…
Determination + Discipline + Perseverance are the best key!
